Don Manifold is the Founder and Managing Director of Manifold Advisory Partners, a management consulting firm in Adelaide. Previously, he was Vice President-Operations for Farr Associates, Inc., a global engineering consulting practice.
In his 26 years in the industry, Mr. Manifold has been integral to more than 300 small and medium-sized organizations on six continents. These include 25 start-up organizations from Silicon Valley to Bangalore and major players like Coca-Cola Company and U.S.-China Green Energy Foundation.
His work with these clients has helped them better understand their capabilities and potential to increase effectiveness while retaining what they value most about who they are already today. He has also led turnarounds and managed through restructurings and acquisitions, bringing in new resources to achieve a common goal.
Don Manifold has been a Consultant and Executive Management Partner in every type of industry. He has been involved with start-ups, turnarounds, and foreign work in China, India, and Southeast Asia. He works with clients to help them discover their strengths, an innate ability they use in their everyday job functions but may not realize they have untapped potential.
Mr. Manifold helps clients utilize these strengths to grow their businesses and improve operations through strategic thinking and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile concepts.
Don Manifold has been recognized for his business and thought leadership achievements through awards such as the 2013 ABN-AMRO Fast Starters Award, the 2014 Organizational Excellence Award from Innovation Adelaide, and multiple Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certifications. According to a recent Australian Bureau of Statistics study, Mr. Manifold is one of Adelaide’s forerunners in helping companies improve performance and increase profit margins.
