The Free Welcome Offer Is Here To Stay…For Now
Unlike some restaurants, Zaxby’s does see the benefit of offering free food in order to draw new customers in. This is why they are currently keeping their free welcome offer. When consumers first download the app, they can get a Big Zax Snak Meal for free. It consists of fries, chicken fingers, toast and a small drink.
Free Delivery On Sundays
Up until May 31, 2024, guests can enjoy free delivery when they order food through the app. However, the restaurant is also going one step further and offering a week of free delivery April 24-30, 2024. What this means is that guests can enjoy their favorite restaurant offerings without having to leave their home.
Easily Earning Points
How an individual can earn points is fairly straightforward. For every dollar that’s spent on the app, 10 points will be rewarded. These points can be redeemed for a variety of free menu items on a future purchase. Consumers can easily see how many points they’ve accumulated and how much they need for a certain item right in the restaurant’s app.
Zaxby’s first made changes to its rewards program last year. Because of this, their in-app sales have grown exponentially. While other restaurants are cutting back on their rewards programs, this restaurant is doubling down on them and making them better than before for their loyal consumers.
